Online Registration Begins for HSSC-I Students
The Federal Directorate of Education has opened HSSC-I admissions for the 2026-27 academic session.
Students who have passed the SSC Part-II examination can apply to Islamabad Model Colleges. Admissions are available at FDE colleges in both urban and rural areas.
Online registration will remain open from July 30 to August 5. The application process is free through designated colleges.
Merit Lists and Class Schedule Announced
The FDE will publish the shortlisted candidates’ list on August 7.
Colleges will complete document verification and interviews by August 14. The first merit list will be displayed on August 17.
Selected students must submit their admission fees by August 18. The second merit list will be issued on August 19.
Classes for the new academic session will begin on August 20.
Eligibility Limited to Islamabad Residents
Only residents of the Islamabad Capital Territory can apply for admission.
Children of federal government employees living in Islamabad or Rawalpindi are also eligible under the approved policy.
The FDE will assess every application according to its official admission rules.
Students can check the admission policy, college prospectus, subject combinations and other details through the FDE admission portal.
