Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on Wednesday that it launched missile and drone strikes against two U.S. military bases in Kuwait and another U.S. base in Bahrain. According to the IRGC, the operation was carried out in response to the latest U.S. strikes on Iranian targets.

The IRGC stated that the attacks targeted American military installations in both Gulf countries. Meanwhile, U.S. and allied forces reportedly attempted to intercept the incoming missiles and drones before they reached their targets.
Following the reported attacks, authorities in Kuwait and Bahrain activated emergency response measures. However, there were no immediate confirmed reports of casualties or significant damage.
The reported strikes mark another escalation in tensions between Washington and Tehran. The latest development comes after the United States carried out fresh strikes on Iranian targets earlier on Wednesday.
The situation remains fluid, and officials are expected to provide further updates as more information becomes available.
