Thirteen Pakistanis were detained by Saudi police on suspicion of car theft

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Arabian police arrested a group of 13 Pakistanis in Jeddah city on suspicion of stealing vehicles.

 The police reported that the suspects were involved in stealing 19 vehicles of various types, which were later dismantled and sold in parts.

Additionally, two Syrian citizens were apprehended on suspicion of car theft. The Jeddah police has now handed over the suspects to the city’s public prosecution.

The ISPR (Inter-Services Public Relations) stated that the security forces and the nation remain determined to thwart such attempts to disrupt the peace in Pakistan.
