To apply, candidates must be citizens of Abu Dhabi. Applicants are advised to obtain a free People of Determination (PoD) card from the Ministry of Community Development or organizations like the Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs.
The application process requires several documents, including:
- A comprehensive diagnostic report from the Zayed Higher Organisation
- Educational certificates
- A People of Determination card as proof of disability
- A current CV
- Emirates ID
To begin the process, applicants should visit the Tamm website, navigate to the social care category, and apply for PoD support. After logging in with UAE Pass, they can complete their profiles and upload the necessary documentation. Applicants will receive text notifications regarding the status of their submissions.
Eligibility criteria include being between 18 and 40 years old, not currently employed, and not enrolled in morning classes.
