Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was injured during PTI’s long march in Wazirabad on Thursday and was later treated at Shaukat Khanum Hospital, according to doctor Faisal Sultan.
Imran Khan’s condition is stable, according to Dr. Faisal Sultan, leader of the medical team assembled to care for him, who was speaking to the media. He also noted that the PTI leader’s blood pressure and other vital signs are normal.
He added that Imran Khan underwent an emergency evaluation that included x-rays and scans, that some bullet fragments were found in his legs, and that the right side of one leg’s “tibia” bone was slightly chipped.
He added that Imran Khan had been brought to the operating room to undergo a thorough evaluation. Dr. Faisal stated that Imran Khan would receive surgical treatment for a chipped tibia bone and the removal of bullet fragments following a thorough evaluation.
In response to a query, he stated that two additional injured people had also been transported to the Shaukat Khanum Hospital where they were receiving medical care. A more thorough statement about Imran Khan’s condition would be released, he said.

Dr. Faisal responded to a different query by stating that the medical staff included orthopedics, surgeons, and other pertinent specialists.
Although the procedure was simple, it took some time to ensure that Imran Khan’s leg was completely free of all foreign objects, according to hospital sources.
A team of doctors led by Dr. Faisal Sultan will reexamine the PTI chief in the morning after the PTI chief underwent CT Scan, X-Rays, and other tests at the hospital during the evening.
