Cypher Leak
On Saturday, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted a charge sheet under the Official Secrets Act related to the cypher case in the special court.
The investigating agency found Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi guilty of leaking state secrets.

In the charge sheet presented to the court, the FIA requested the trial and punishment of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood.
The FIA has not listed Asad Umar as an accused, but it has enlisted former Principal Secretary Azam Khan as a witness.
They have attached his statement under sections 161 and 164 to the charge sheet, effectively making Azam Khan an approver.
The charge sheet states that the PTI chairman violated the Official Secrets Act by retaining the cypher. Although a copy of the cypher reached Imran Khan, it was never returned, as per the sources. Overall, the FIA submitted a charge sheet in the special court regarding the cypher leak under the Official Secrets Act.
