Police recovered the body of a 22-year-old female student of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) from Sector G-10 on Friday, October 9, 2026. Authorities found the body near an old traffic police checkpoint within the jurisdiction of Ramna Police Station.
The deceased, identified as Laiba Ijaz, daughter of Muhammad Ijaz, was reportedly residing in Flat No. 8 of Gulistan Plaza in G-10. Police collected evidence from the scene and launched an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding her death.
