American actress and model Hunter Schafer has revealed that she underwent gender-affirming bottom surgery, describing the experience as positive and an important step in her personal journey.
The 27-year-old *Euphoria* star shared the news in an interview with *Elle* magazine published on October 19, 2026. She said she was pleased with the outcome and felt comfortable with her decision.
