New Details Surface About Drug Network of Anmol Pinky
LAHORE: Fresh details have emerged regarding the alleged narcotics network operated by Anmol, also known as โPinky,โ following her recent arrest in connection with multiple drug trafficking cases.
According to authorities, the suspect allegedly managed a cocaine distribution network spanning several cities, including Karachi, while residing in Lahore. Investigators stated that Pinky reportedly controlled her operations from Lahore without initially drawing the attention of local police authorities.
Sources claimed that an intelligence agency eventually traced her activities and apprehended her a few days ago in Lahoreโs Nawab Town area. Officials said investigators used WhatsApp activity records and locator tools to monitor her movements before detaining her. Authorities later handed her over to Karachi police because she was reportedly wanted in several narcotics-related cases there.
Investigators further alleged that Pinky entered into a second marriage in Lahore, where her husband had rented a residence in her name. According to officials, the suspect allegedly used the house to manufacture narcotics. During the raid conducted to arrest her, law enforcement agencies claimed they recovered drugs worth millions of rupees from the property.
The case reportedly dates back to 2022, when Pinkyโs brother, Riaz Baloch, was arrested by Kot Lakhpat police while allegedly transporting narcotics in a vehicle. During the incident, authorities claimed Pinky managed to escape from the scene at high speed.
Police sources said Riaz later identified the fleeing woman as his sister during interrogation. Subsequently, police registered a case under Sub-Inspector Amjad Raza and sent Riaz to jail.
Officials added that Pinkyโs name also appeared in FIR No. 73 alongside her brother. However, despite being mentioned in police records for more than four years, Lahore police reportedly never declared her a proclaimed offender.
