Scholarship Applications Open Until August 10
The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has announced fully funded undergraduate scholarships for international students.
The scholarships are available under the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship Programme.
Students from Central Asia and other friendly countries can apply.
Selected candidates will study in undergraduate BS programmes at recognised Pakistani universities.
The application deadline is August 10, 2026.
Applicants are advised to complete the online process before the closing date.
Tuition, Housing and Travel Costs Covered
The scholarship will cover major academic and living expenses.
Selected students will receive full tuition fee support.
Free university accommodation will also be provided.
Students will receive a monthly living stipend during their studies.
The programme also includes travel and airfare support once during the degree.
A one-time settlement allowance will be offered to successful applicants.
These benefits aim to help international students complete their education without major financial pressure.
Available Fields and Eligibility Requirements
Students can apply for several academic disciplines.
Available fields include Engineering and Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology.
Programmes are also offered in Allied Health Sciences, Business and Economics.
Other options include Agriculture, Social Sciences, Food Security and International Relations.
Students can also apply for Media and Language programmes.
Applicants must hold GCE A Levels or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum score of 60 percent is required for most programmes.
Engineering applicants must have at least 65 percent marks.
Successful candidates must provide an equivalence certificate from Pakistanโs Inter Boards Coordination Commission.
The certificate will be required after the scholarship is awarded.
