Flood Alert – PDMA Punjab ⚠️
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab has issued a flood warning as heavy monsoon rains are expected across Punjab from September 6 to 9. Rising water levels in the Chenab, Ravi, and Sutlej rivers pose a serious risk of flooding in nearby districts.
Current flows: Chenab at Head Trimmu – 331,000 cusecs, Ravi at Baloki – 144,000 cusecs, Sutlej at Ganda Singh Wala – 319,000 cusecs.
