Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has reported a consolidated profit after tax of approximately Rs71 billion for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, reflecting a year-on-year increase of around 13 percent.
The company’s financial results highlight continued growth in earnings, supported by higher revenue, increased fertilizer sales and income from investments. Its consolidated earnings per share rose to Rs48.77, compared with Rs43.30 during the corresponding period last year.
FFC’s standalone net profit also increased by 11.3 percent to Rs64.16 billion, compared with Rs57.64 billion in the same period of 2025. Meanwhile, its net turnover climbed approximately 16 percent to Rs327.30 billion from Rs282.70 billion a year earlier.
The company’s board also recommended a third interim cash dividend of Rs18.50 per share for the third quarter of 2026. This brings the cumulative interim dividend for the nine-month period to Rs41.50 per share.
Operationally, prilled urea production increased by 2 percent to 1.914 million tonnes. Urea sales volumes also rose, with offtake reaching 2.16 million tonnes compared with 1.955 million tonnes during the corresponding period last year.
However, granular urea production declined by 15 percent because of gas supply curtailments. DAP production also decreased amid raw material shortages and higher phosphoric acid prices.
The results demonstrate FFC’s continued earnings growth despite operational challenges. Higher financing costs and fluctuations in input availability remain important factors for the company’s future performance.
The financial results reinforce FFC’s position as a major player in Pakistan’s fertilizer industry, which remains closely linked to agricultural productivity and food security.
