A violent armed clash between two rival gangs in Ehsanpur resulted in the death of a proclaimed offender, police sources said.
The confrontation reportedly involved a dispute linked to Zarmina, known as the alleged “Lady Dacoit” of Paharpur. The incident created panic among residents as both groups exchanged heavy gunfire.
According to police officials, the clash occurred between the Iqraari Bola Gang and the Baluchan Gang. Both groups were reportedly involved in a dispute over Zarmina or a related matter.
Gunfire Exchange Claims Life of Suspect
The situation intensified when Tariq Mashuri, a proclaimed offender associated with the Iqraari Bola Gang, reached the area with another accomplice.
Police sources said Mashuri allegedly arrived to target Nadeem Baloch, a member of the rival gang.
However, heavy firing broke out between both groups. As a result, Tariq Mashuri suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
The exchange of fire continued for some time before law enforcement officials reached the location.
Police Launch Investigation After Clash
Following the incident, a heavy police force arrived in Ehsanpur and secured the area.
The authorities took control of the situation and shifted Mashuri’s body to THQ Hospital for a postmortem examination.
Meanwhile, Nadeem Baloch, who was allegedly involved in the gunfight, surrendered to police shortly after the incident.
Furthermore, law enforcement agencies have started operations at different locations to arrest Javed Abi.
Police identified Abi as another alleged dacoit who was present with Tariq Mashuri during the confrontation.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the exact cause of the dispute and identify the individuals involved in the armed clash.
