Showbiz sensation Naeema Butt, known to fans as the fierce Rubab Mansoor Khan, has bid a heartfelt goodbye to her role in the hit serial Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum following the intense climax.
After the thrilling events in episodes 32 and 33, Naeema Butt took to Instagram on Wednesday morning to say farewell to her iconic character, Rubab Mansoor Khan. Her character’s final act of fiery revenge against her on-screen husband, Adeel (played by Emmad Irfani), for both business fraud and infidelity with her best friend, Natasha (Areej Chaudhary), marked a dramatic conclusion to Rubab’s story.
“Farewell from Rubab. My work is complete if even one viewer saw strength in Rubab’s character and felt inspired,” Butt wrote in her video post’s caption. She encouraged women facing betrayal to remain resilient, advising them to move on with life, leaving behind those who let them down.
She added, “Remember: detachment is essential for navigating relationships in this world. Life keeps moving, never pausing for anyone. Don’t get stuck in the past—embrace the present and move forward.”
In closing, Butt thanked her fans for the immense support and love shown for her and her character.
In addition to Butt’s portrayal of Rubab Mansoor Khan, Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum stars Fahad Mustafa, marking his return to television, alongside Hania Aamir and Emmad Irfani.
Directed by Badar Mehmood and written by acclaimed playwright Farhat Ishtiaq, Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum airs every Monday and Tuesday on ARY Digital during prime time.
