Death threats against Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal: police arrest suspects

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, a popular Bollywood couple, got death threats on social media from someone who didn’t say who they were.

The Raazi actor went to the Santacruz police station in Mumbai to file a report. Recent news reports say that the police have arrested the person who is accused of telling Bollywood actors that they will die.

The accused man, whose name is Manvinder Singh and who is from Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, was having trouble getting work in movies and TV shows in Mumbai.

He is also said to be a Katrina fan. He said that he wanted to marry the actress, which is why he has been stalking her on social media for the past few months.

On Monday, the police made the arrest. The accused has two accounts on Instagram. In the bios of both, he says that Katrina is his wife, and he has also photoshopped pictures of himself with the Sooryanvanshi actress.

A letter with a death threat was also sent to actor Salman Khan and his father, Salim Khan. It said that the father and son would die the same way that Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala did in May.
