Elon Musk, owner and CEO of Twitter today said that Twitter’s clash with Apple was a misunderstanding.
Musk held a meeting with Tim Cook, Apple chief on Wednesday and sorted out all issues.
After meeting Apple’s chief, Elon Musk said, โAmong other things, we have resolved the misunderstanding about Twitter being removed from the App Store.”
โTim was clear that Apple never considered doing so.โ

Elon Musk also shared a video clip of โAppleโs beautiful HQโ in Cupertino, California. Musk said he had a โgood conversationโ with Tim Cook on Wednesday.
Last week Musk launched an attack on Apple over fees and rules at the App Store. Musk claimed that Apple had threatened to oust Twitter from Apple’s App Store.
Analysts said that clash between Twitter and Apple may have came down to money. App Store charges a commission on transactions such as subscriptions which was annoying Elon Musk.
Musk has delayed the relaunch of the Twitter Blue subscription tier intended to have users pay for perks such as account verification check marks.
Both Apple and Google also require social networking services on their app stores to have effective systems for moderating harmful or abusive content.
