ISLAMABAD: A young girl student of a seminary who saw a dream about her female teacher committing blasphemy killed her along with her two friends in Dera Ismail Khan.
The victim, Safoora Bibi, was a teacher and a follower of Moulana Tariq Jamil.
Police said, three girls killed a female seminary teacher after accusing her of blasphemy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan.
The suspects said that their 13-year-old relative “had a dream last night” in which the victim, Safoora Bibi, allegedly committed blasphemy.
The incident took place in the Anjumabad locality in the Cantonment police station jurisdiction early morning around 7:30am on Tuesday, Geo TV reported today.

In a video, a KP police official said the three young girls slaughtered the seminary teacher outside the madrassa. The suspects have been taken into custody.
The girls attacked the teacher with clubs and sharp tools and slit her throat at the doorstep of the seminary.
An FIR was registered by the victim’s uncle, Zahid, who told police that his niece was working as a teacher at Madrasatul Falahul Banaat Islamia.
The police said that suspects were 17, 21, and 24 years old who killed 21-year-old Safoora Bibi over a “difference of opinion on religious issues” and allegations of blasphemy.
The police seized the weapons and arrested the suspects. The body of the victim was taken to the District Headquarters Hospital, where it was handed over to the heirs after an autopsy.
According to Dawn.com, a register containing details of the dream has been recovered during the initial investigation, the DPO said, adding that the trio of suspects, along with their relative, have been arrested.
The women belong to the Mehsud tribe and hail from South Waziristan tribal district, he said, adding that their current residence was in DI Khan’s Anjumabad area.
Following the incident, Wafaqul Madaris al Arabia Pakistan, which is a board of seminaries, condemned the murder, terming it “unfortunate” and demanded an independent and fair investigation into the incident.
