BALOCHISTAN: In the midst of escalating tensions between two student organizations, the University of Balochistan has taken the abrupt step of suspending all educational activities. The decision is taken to ensure the safety of the pupils and to reduce the tensions.

This move comes in response to a clash that occurred between the rival groups on Monday. It resulted in injuries to seven students. All of the injured individuals were swiftly transferred to the nearby Civil Hospital for necessary medical attention.
University authorities have confirmed that classes were canceled on the day of the incident. The suspension of academic operations will persist until the situation is assessed to be safe and conducive to learning. In addition, the administration has issued a directive requiring all male students residing in university hostels to vacate the premises immediately.
The decision to halt all academic activities was made with the aim of safeguarding the well-being of the university community. This step was taken to avoid any further escalation of tensions.
