Police investigate financial dispute and alleged threats after gunmen attack vehicle carrying social media personality and her family

TAXILA: CCTV footage showing the fatal shooting of renowned TikToker Shamsoo Bibi, also known as Ayesha, has surfaced, revealing two motorcycle-riding attackers opening fire on her car in Taxila.

Shamsoo Bibi, who had approximately 1.3 million TikTok followers, died after suffering a gunshot wound to the neck. The attack occurred two days before the footage emerged, while police have registered a murder case and launched an investigation.

FIR Links Killing to Financial Dispute and Previous Threats

According to the First Information Report (FIR), Shamsoo Bibi had a financial dispute with two individuals identified as Kausar and Javed alias Shaheen. Her family told police that she had repeatedly informed them about threats she had allegedly received.

The FIR stated that a man identified as Kashif Kashi contacted Shamsoo Bibi and asked her to come to a location. Subsequently, she left her home in a car accompanied by her brother and 15-year-old sister.

When the vehicle reached an area near a private petrol station, two assailants riding a motorcycle allegedly approached the car and opened fire.

Car Crashes Into Dumper After Gun Attack

Following the shooting, the driver lost control of the vehicle, which crashed into a dumper. Shamsoo Bibi sustained fatal injuries, while her teenage sister also suffered injuries in the subsequent collision.

Meanwhile, Taxila police registered the case following a complaint submitted by the TikToker’s father.

The complainant alleged that the nominated suspects either directly arranged the killing or employed unidentified accomplices to murder his daughter with the intention of taking control of money involved in the dispute.

Police have started examining the CCTV footage and other available evidence as investigators work to identify the motorcycle-riding gunmen and establish the circumstances surrounding the killing.
