BULEDA: ISPR Director-General Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar claimed that security forces killed six terrorists after a fierce exchange of fire in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) on Wednesday in Balochistan’s Buleda region.
Security forces killed six terrorists during an IBO on a terrorist stronghold in Buleda, Balochistan, according to a tweet from the ISPR’s director-general.
Terrorists were implicated in recent terrorist acts in Kech, as per ISPR.
The security personnel also found a “cache of weaponry and ammunition” at the terrorist hideaway.
Balochistan: Terrorists Kill Ten Soldiers
Terrorists opened fire on a security checkpoint in Balochistan’s Kech area last month, killing up to ten troops.
According to a statement from the ISPR, a terrorist was killed, and many others were injured in an incident on the night of January 25 and 26.
The security forces detained three terrorists in a follow-up operation while they were still searching for the perpetrators of the attack.
“Armed forces are committed to removing terrorists from our country no matter what the cost,” the statement said.
