Aruba Shares Alleged Messages
Pakistani actress Aruba Mirza has joined the controversy surrounding Punjab Assembly member Saqib Chadhar after sharing alleged Instagram messages from the politician.
Aruba posted screenshots on her Instagram Stories, claiming Chadhar repeatedly attempted to contact her. The messages reportedly included requests to continue their conversation on Snapchat.
The actress also mentioned fellow actresses Momina Iqbal and Syeda Tauba while commenting on what she described as the reality of the ruling class.
Her allegations emerged amid growing scrutiny of Chadhar following another controversy involving actress and television host Syeda Tauba, the former wife of late televangelist Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
Legal Case Adds Pressure
Meanwhile, actress Momina Iqbal has pursued legal action against Chadhar over allegations of cyberstalking, harassment, blackmail, unauthorized surveillance, and threats.
According to her complaint, the alleged harassment began after she rejected a marriage proposal. Authorities registered the case under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act and investigated it through the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency.
Momina has repeatedly said she wants justice through legal channels and denied reports of an out-of-court settlement. She also claimed forensic evidence supported the investigation.
By sharing her alleged conversations, Aruba appeared to express solidarity with Momina and Tauba. However, all allegations remain part of an ongoing controversy, and the relevant authorities and courts will determine the facts.
The claims have generated significant discussion on social media, while the legal proceedings continue.
