ISLAMABAD: Olympic gold medallist Arshad Nadeem has departed for South Africa to attend a special training camp ahead of his upcoming international competition. The Pakistani javelin thrower will spend two weeks training in Potchefstroom under renowned coach Tersius Liebenberg.
The camp will help Nadeem sharpen his technique and prepare for the demanding competitions ahead.

Nadeem has previously trained in South Africa and will again use the countryโs facilities for intensive preparation.
During the two-week camp, he will work closely with Liebenberg to improve his performance and maintain competitive fitness.
The training comes as Nadeem prepares to represent Pakistan at the World Athletics Ultimate Championship.
Nadeem Set for Hungary Competition
After completing his South African training, Nadeem will travel to Hungary for the upcoming championship.
The World Athletics Ultimate Championship will take place in Budapest from September 11 to 13.
Nadeem remains one of Pakistanโs leading athletes following his historic Olympic gold medal victory.
His upcoming appearance will provide another opportunity to compete against the worldโs top javelin throwers.
Meanwhile, the South Africa camp is expected to strengthen his preparations before the major international event.
