Pakistani TikToker and YouTuber Ali Haiderabadi has challenged his wife’s medical report in the Lahore District Court, claiming that the document contains false information. He has requested a fresh medical examination to verify the reported injury.
Ali Haiderabadi filed the petition through his lawyer Rana Intizar Hussain. In the plea, he argued that the medico-legal report claiming his wife suffered a fractured finger does not reflect the actual situation.
According to the petition, Ali stated that his wife herself believes her finger is not broken. He argued that this statement contradicts the medical report submitted in the case.
Request for New Medical Board
The YouTuber has asked the court to establish a new medical board to review his wife’s injury. He wants medical experts to conduct another examination and determine the facts.
Ali maintained that the existing report does not accurately represent the circumstances. Therefore, he requested the court to order an independent medical assessment.
The court will review the petition and decide on further proceedings according to legal requirements.
Abuse Case and Interim Bail Proceedings
The petition comes shortly after a Lahore sessions court granted interim pre-arrest bail to Ali Haiderabadi in a case involving allegations of domestic abuse.
The court approved his bail request and directed police officials not to arrest him until the next hearing. Additionally, the court instructed him to cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
The case was registered at Sundar Police Station in Lahore after allegations surfaced that Ali Haiderabadi physically abused his wife.
Meanwhile, the legal proceedings remain ongoing as both sides present their positions before the court. The matter will continue through the judicial process, where evidence and statements will determine the outcome.
