Airblue has reduced airfares from the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, bringing relief for overseas Pakistanis. The airline announced the revised fares on Wednesday. Consequently, travellers can now book flights at lower prices.
The move aims to make travel more affordable for passengers. Moreover, the airline has also updated its excess baggage charges. The revised prices could encourage more travellers to book flights.
Reduced Airfares Announced For Pakistani Destinations
Passengers can now fly from the UAE to Karachi for a minimum fare of 405 dirhams. Meanwhile, flights from the UAE to Lahore now start at 525 dirhams. Similarly, passengers can travel to Islamabad for the same minimum fare.
The revised fares offer better value for frequent travellers. Additionally, overseas Pakistanis may now find family visits more affordable. The airline expects the lower fares to attract more passengers.
Furthermore, travel demand between the UAE and Pakistan remains strong. Therefore, the updated pricing could increase bookings during upcoming travel periods.
Updated Excess Baggage Charges Introduced
Airblue has also revised its excess baggage charges. Passengers carrying 10 kilograms of extra luggage will pay 20 dirhams. Likewise, travellers with 20 kilograms of excess baggage will pay 40 dirhams.
Those carrying 30 kilograms of additional luggage must pay 60 dirhams. The airline has kept the baggage pricing simple and transparent. As a result, passengers can better estimate their travel expenses.
