Airblue has announced a new cabin crew recruitment drive in Jhelum, offering eligible female candidates an opportunity to join the airline.
The selected candidates will be based in Islamabad. The recruitment drive is specifically being held in Jhelum to attract applicants from the city and surrounding areas.
The airline has invited qualified candidates to apply for the cabin crew position through its latest recruitment notice.
Eligibility Criteria for Cabin Crew Applicants
According to Airblue’s recruitment requirements, applicants must meet specific age, education, height and physical fitness criteria.
Female candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old. They must also have a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches, or 158 centimetres.
Applicants are required to hold an Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks.
Their weight must also fall within the required Body Mass Index (BMI) criteria set by the airline.
Airblue has particularly encouraged eligible candidates from Jhelum and nearby areas to participate in the recruitment process.
However, candidates currently enrolled in regular degree programmes or classes will not be eligible for the position.
Documents Required for Walk-In Interview
Candidates appearing for the recruitment process must bring several documents with them.
The required documents include:
- Original CNIC
- Police verification
- Matriculation certificate
- Intermediate or equivalent certificate
Airblue has also stated that educational certificates must be verified by the respective educational boards.
Applicants should ensure that all required documents are complete and properly verified before attending the recruitment process.
The airline has further clarified that TA/DA will not be provided to candidates for attending the recruitment process.
Application Deadline and Base Location
Interested candidates can apply for the cabin crew position by scanning the QR code provided in Airblue’s recruitment notice.
The deadline for submitting applications is September 10, 2026.
Although the recruitment drive is being conducted in Jhelum, the selected cabin crew members will have Islamabad as their base location.
The recruitment initiative provides an opportunity for eligible women in Jhelum and nearby areas to pursue a career in the aviation industry without having to travel to Islamabad for the initial recruitment process.
