Torkham: The Afghan refugees being repatriated to Afghanistan have hit delays as the transit point opening and closures have been sporadic on account of an unstable geo political situation in the region. Despite a blanket ban of opening of transit, the Pakistani authorities in consultation with the Afghan authorities opened the gates to allow transit.
