Punjab’s first tehsil-level electric bus service has officially launched in Gujar Khan. The Green Electric Bus Service marks a significant expansion of modern public transport in the province.

The new service will operate between Gujar Khan Bus Terminal, Sohawa city, and the Police Complex. Therefore, commuters on this route will experience improved connectivity.
Transport authorities confirmed that 14 electric buses will run in Gujar Khan. These buses aim to provide reliable and eco-friendly transport.
Moreover, officials announced free travel for senior citizens, women, and students. This measure intends to reduce financial pressure on vulnerable groups.
