The Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) has opened paid internship opportunities for Pakistani nationals. The six-month program will offer practical exposure to several technology and engineering fields.
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of up to Rs. 50,000. Moreover, SUPARCO may extend the internship based on project requirements and organisational needs. The program offers young graduates a chance to gain experience in technical fields linked to space research and modern technology.
SUPARCO Internship 2026: Available Fields
SUPARCO is accepting applications for internships across several specialised areas. These include Embedded Systems Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Development, and GNU/Linux-based development.
Graduates from relevant disciplines can apply for the program. Eligible fields include electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering, information security, computer science, software engineering, and computer engineering.
However, applicants must meet the programme’s age and academic requirements.
Candidates must be Pakistani nationals aged between 18 and 30 years. They must also hold at least a 3.0 CGPA in a relevant field.
The application deadline is August 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Therefore, eligible candidates should complete their applications before the closing time.
SUPARCO Internship Selection Process
SUPARCO will shortlist candidates for a field-related written test. The test will use a multiple-choice question format to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge.
Shortlisted candidates will also attend an interview. However, both the test and interview will take place only in Lahore.
Applicants should also note that SUPARCO will not provide TA/DA for the selection process. Therefore, candidates must make their own arrangements to attend the test and interview.
