On Tuesday, Maryam Nawaz, the Chief Organiser of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), emphasized the unique qualities of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif compared to other politicians.
Speaking to party workers in Lahore, Maryam pledged a commitment to serving the masses and urged voters to support the PML-N on February 8.
Maryam promised to make concerted efforts to benefit the public, focusing on creating employment opportunities and providing top-notch healthcare facilities.
She asserted that under a stronger PML-N government resulting from the upcoming elections, there would be a significant reduction in inflation. Maryam expressed her determination to not only transform the fate of Lahore and Punjab but to positively impact the entire country.
According to Maryam, voting for the PML-N would reignite the halted development journey of the past five years, signaling a new era of progress and prosperity.
Awami Muslim League Chief Sheikh Rashid Arrested In May 9 Cases In Rawalpindi
Meanwhile, Rawalpindi Police have arrested chief of Awami Muslim League Sheikh Rashid Ahmed in May 9 case just moments after his release from Adiala Jail on Tuesday.
A case was registered against Rashid for vandalism at the Metro bus station situated at Sixth Road in Rawalpindi. The former interior minister is being shifted to New Town Police Station.
The hearing of the riots-related cases was adjourned till January 25.
