Pakistani actress and host Nausheen Masud has passed away after a prolonged battle with cancer, leaving a significant void in Pakistan’s entertainment and social industry.
The sad news was shared by her ex-husband on his social media platform, where he not only announced her demise but also praised her remarkable personality, offering prayers for her.
Nausheen had recently garnered immense love from fans for her participation in ‘Dolly Ki Ayegi Baraat.’ The loss of this gem in the entertainment industry has prompted an outpouring of condolences from celebrities.
Renowned anchor Shahzad Iqbal shared a touching memory of Nausheen encouraging him to make his debut in front of the camera.
Actor Adnan Siddiqui fondly recalled memories with Nausheen, describing her as having a beautiful soul.
Nausheen, who held a degree in Industrial Design from St. Joseph’s College, Karachi, showcased her acting prowess in various serials such as Jaal, Colony 1952, and Ghar To Akhir Apna Hai.
She bravely confronted cancer for many years, but sadly, it ultimately led to her passing. Despite her illness, she made substantial contributions to the entertainment industry, directing music videos for celebrated Pakistani artists like Shahzad Rai, Junaid Jamshed, Aamir Zaki, Jawad Ahmed, and the legendary band Junoon.
Additionally, she hosted the program ‘Andaz Apna Apna.’ Her legacy will be remembered not only for her acting skills but also for her influential presence in the industry.

Meanwhile, Singer and song-writer Omer Nadeem has levied allegations against Indian singer Sonu Nigam, accusing him of plagiarizing Nadeem’s song ‘Aye Khuda.’
In a December 4 Instagram post, Nadeem urged Nigam to acknowledge the original track, expressing disappointment in the alleged imitation. Despite being a Sonu Nigam fan, Nadeem asserted that the song ‘Sun Zara’ by label T-series copied the entire melody, incorporating minor changes in tempo and the addition of drums for a more lively vibe.
