ISLAMABAD: On Thursday, Junaid Safdar, the senior vice president and chief organizer of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), confirmed that he and his wife had divorced.
He wrote in his Instagram story, “The news about my divorce is true.” Junaid further stated that its a private matter. He requested the media to respect their privacy.
The wedding ceremony of the couple, which took place on August 22, spanned across two locations in London and Pakistan.
This decision was influenced by the presence of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, who is currently residing in self-exile in the British capital.
