ISLAMABAD: The last solar eclipse of the year 2023 will take place on the 14th of this month. It will be visible in southwestern Mexico, and various countries in Central America.
According to sources from Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) office, the second and last solar eclipse of this year will start at 8:04 pm on Oct 14, and end at 1:55 am on Oct 15. However, the eclipse could not be seen in Pakistan, they further stated.
The solar eclipse will be observable in southwestern Mexico and several countries in Central America. Additionally, it will also be visible in central Colombia and northern Brazil.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, the last lunar eclipse of the year will also be taking place on October 28.
The lunar eclipse will start at 11:02 pm on 28 October. It will reach its full phase by 1:14 am. The eclipse will be ending at 3:26 pm on October 29.
