Late on Saturday night, two terrorists were killed by the police following an attack on a checkpost in Mianwali. During the attack, a head constable bravely sacrificed his life while defending the post.
The terrorists launched a simultaneous assault on a police checkpost in Kundal from two different directions. Fortunately, the police were already on high alert and reacted swiftly.
The Inspector General of Punjab reported that the attackers made prolonged attempts to seize the building, but the determined efforts of the police ultimately thwarted the attack.
Bugti Says Indiaโs RAW Involved In Recent KP And Balochistan Blasts
Earlier, the Interim Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti accused the Indian intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), of involvement in carrying out terror incidents in Pakistan.
On Friday, two suicide blasts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan resulted in numerous casualties.

Addressing a press conference in Quetta,ย Bugtiย pledged to establish the stateโs authority at all costs, vowing to avenge every drop of Pakistani blood and eliminate terrorism using all available resources. He further affirmed his knowledge of the culprits and their sources.
In the Mastung district of Balochistan, a suicide bomber targeted an Eid Milad un Nabi procession, causing 52 fatalities and 60 injuries. In KPโs Hangu, another suicide blast at a mosque left five dead, including a policeman, and injured 12.
The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in Quetta has registered cases related to the attacks, charging individuals with murder, attempted murder, and violations of the Anti-Terrorism and Explosive Act. Investigations are currently ongoing, but there are no arrests yet.
The authorities have already recovered four of the six abducted footballers from Dera Bugti, with efforts underway to rescue the remaining individuals. The abduction occurred in Balochistanโs Jani Bair area of Dera Bugti on September 9.
