ISLAMABAD: In the case involving the burning of police vans, an anti-terrorism court officially designated Hammad Azhar, Zubair Niazi, and Khalid Gujjar as proclaimed offenders.
The court addressed the case concerning the burning of police vehicles outside Zaman Park.
ATC Judge Ijaz Ahmed Buttar initiated the process to declare the accused individuals as proclaimed offenders in response to a police petition related to the vehicle burning incident.
The court proclaimed PTI’s Hammad Azhar, Zubair Niazi, and Khalid Gujjar as offenders at large and instructed the issuance of advertisements.
The investigation officer reported that the court had issued non-bailable warrants for the accused, who are currently evading arrest. The officer also appealed to the court to declare them as proclaimed offenders.
The authorities have charged the accused individuals with setting fire to police vehicles near Zaman Park, falling under the jurisdiction of Race Course police station.
Additionally, the police attempted to designate Hassaan Niazi as a proclaimed offender. This process was halted due to his arrest in an unrelated case.

She denies the accusation of producing counterfeit sale receipts for Toshakhana watches.
