Only 237 candidates (1.85%) pass the CSS exam-2022 out of 20,260 candidates

ISLAMABAD: A pathetic situation has emerged in the final result of the CSS-2022 examination announced on Friday.

Only 237 candidates have passed the exam and interview out of more than 20,260 candidates who appeared in the test.

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) notified the result of the CSS-2022 on Friday (June 9).

According to the FPSC result, only 1.85 percent of the candidates passed the Central Superior Service (CSS) exam for the year 2022.

Interestingly, the candidates belonging to Punjab have secured the top six positions in the CSS exam.

The successful candidates have been allocated the departments for their appointment. A majority of the successful candidates belong to Punjab province, followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Several female candidates have also cleared the test/interview and they are joining the departments as per the allocations mentioned by the FPSC in the final result.
