During his two-day trip to the UK, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will meet PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif and represent Pakistan at the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
The premier will travel to England this Sunday, according to people with knowledge of the situation, one day after his trip to Uzbekistan, where he attended the Council of Heads of States (CHS) summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
On the day the senior Sharif arrives in the nation, the prime minister is expected to meet with him for three hours. He has a full schedule in the UK’s capital as he attends several engagements.
After attending the official burial of the late Queen, PM Shehbaz will soon return to Pakistan.
