In “Ticket to Paradise,” their first romantic comedy together, Oscar winners George Clooney and Julia Roberts reprise their roles as a divorced couple.
In their roles as David and Georgia, the two put aside their disagreements and work together to prevent their daughter Lily from getting married to someone she recently met while on her bachelor vacation to Bali.
“It was fun… We enjoyed it because we got to be snarky with each other. We thought that was funny,” Clooney told Reporters during the world premiere on Wednesday.
“We also thought it was kind of a nice time to do something light, (we’ve) kind of all been through it a little bit, all of us together as a human race, and so we thought it’d be fun.”
