Imran Khan found about economics problems after becoming PM

Imran Khan, leader of the PTI, has stated that it wasn’t until he became prime minister that he learned about the country’s economics, current account deficit, and other concerns.

Speaking at a conference in Islamabad, he stated, “The PTI has learned how to handle the national economy while battling with obstacles. We’ll be ready to take over the next time.”

He emphasized that a steady government is essential for economic expansion. Though the PTI government was in power for 3.5 years, he said, political instability persisted because the opposition did not let parliament operate.

After becoming the prime minister, Imran Khan said he learned about several problems, including the current account deficit. He claimed, however, that he had picked them up during the difficulties experienced by the PTI administration.

The PTI leader lashed out at the head of the election commission, claiming that the PTI’s abroad supporter base was used to create drama at the ECP.

We would make decisions that have never been made in the country if the PTI is elected to power, he continued.
