On Wednesday, Army Chief of Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa toured forward regions along the Line of Control in Pakistan.
He was provided with an update on the present state and operational preparation of armed units.
A visit to the Chakothi Sector LOC by Gen. Bajwa allowed him to get to know the troops stationed there. He admired their preparation for battle and powerful spirits.
Corps Commander Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza greeted the Army Chief upon his arrival at the LOC.
