LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: Once known as an ATM of Imran Khan, PTI’s former senior provincial minister and an estranged leader, Abdul Aleem Khan vowed to expose all corruption and secrets of ‘Naya Pakistan’.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, he said that he had been working with the PM since 2011 and since then he had been trying to save from any sort of burden. Sharing a secret of the party, he said, “Imran Khan along with Mahmood-ur-Rasheed visited my house in 2011 and asked me to organize public rally, and added that he organized the rally on his personal expense.
Aleem Khan said that after becoming Prime Minister, Imran Khan betrayed him and Jahangir Tareen Khan, though we spent too much on party and enabled Khan to form government.
“I was a member of Punjab assembly during 2007 to 2018,” he said, adding he asked Imran Khan why he sent him in NAB when he wanted to appoint Usman Buzdar as Punjab CM.
The disgruntled PTI leader went on to say that he supported the prime minister for Naya Pakistan and didn’t do any favour for anyone but played his part for the New Pakistan.
Aleem Khan said the PTI government lodged criminal cases against Jahangir Tareen and his family members, including daughters, setting aside services, money and role of JKT in forming PTI govt in Center and in Punjab.
Aleem Khan said that Farah Khan, a close friend of Imran Khan’s wife, was involved in a deep corruption in awarding contracts and prized posts in Punjab, which should be investigated.
Who is Farah Khan and why Imran Khan is silent on her corruption and contacts with the First Lady, he argued.
“Whenever three or four bureaucrats will be arrested, they will expose mega corruption of Farah Khan, who fled to Dubai yesterday (April 4) along with her husband,” he said.
