Police in Karachi have rescued a woman who was found chained inside a flat in the cityโs Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Phase 5. The victim, identified as Fatima, a resident of Shireen Jinnah Colony, was discovered locked in a third-floor room of the building, restrained with chains.
According to investigators, the woman had been lured to the flat by her former husband under the pretext of providing money for their childrenโs expenses.
