After extensive proceedings, the court found him guilty on all four charges. The military announced that the sentence was formally promulgated on December 11, 2025.

ISPR confirmed that Hameed retains the right to file an appeal. He can pursue the appeal at the relevant forum according to military law. Officials added that the investigation into his alleged role in political agitation continues. They said the inquiry covers his links with political elements. They also noted that some related matters remain under separate review.
