They requested additional time to finalize the inquiry. The magistrate accepted the request and ordered Ducky Bhaiโs return to judicial custody.
FIA Continues Inquiry into Online Promotions
Authorities claim the promotions may have encouraged users to engage with unregulated platforms. Investigators say they are gathering digital evidence linked to the alleged promotions.
The case has drawn considerable public attention due to the YouTuberโs large online following. Officials maintain that the probe aims to curb the growing influence of unlawful apps. They say such platforms pose financial risks to vulnerable users and violate existing cyber laws.
The investigation will continue as the FIA works to compile the required evidence. The court is expected to review the case again once the agency submits the challan.
