ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has initiated a probe into suspicious bank transactions case against Miftah Ismail, a senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader.
According to NAB, Rs4 billion transactions have been carried out from the bank account of the PML-N leader, which will be probed. The National Accountability Bureau had already frozen movable and immovable assets of Miftah Ismail, former minister and PML(N) leader.

Earlier, NAB had frozen the moveable and immovable assets of former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
After the freezing of assets of both Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders, they will not be able to transfer ownership of vehicles and property.
