Indian-Sponsored Militants Eliminated in Intelligence-Based Operation
Security forces successfully neutralised four terrorists linked to Fitna al Hindustanโan alleged Indian proxy groupโduring a high-stakes intelligence-based operation in Balochistanโs Mastung district on September 12, 2025. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the militaryโs media wing, confirmed the development in an official statement.
The operation was initiated following credible intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists in the area. “During the conduct of the operation, own forces effectively engaged the terroristsโ location, and after an intense exchange of fire, four Indian-sponsored terrorists were sent to hell,” the ISPR stated.
Weapons Recovered, Sanitisation Underway in Balochistan
Following the firefight, security personnel recovered a cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives from the deceased militants. ISPR noted that the individuals killed were โactively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the region,โ posing a continued threat to peace and stability in Balochistan.
A thorough sanitisation operation is currently underway in Mastung to ensure the area is cleared of any remaining militant elements. The military reaffirmed its commitment to eradicating terrorism, particularly those supported by external forces.
“The security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country,” the ISPR added, vowing that the perpetrators of violence will be brought to justice.
This latest operation underscores Pakistanโs broader counterterrorism efforts amid ongoing concerns over foreign-sponsored militancy in the country, particularly in restive regions like Balochistan.
