This reference was filed before the Supreme Judicial Council in the wake of a leaked indecent video showing alleged clandestine meetings of the NAB chairman with Tayyaba Gul, a suspect facing an inquiry with NAB.
It may be noted that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government appointed Javed Iqbal as the chairman of NAB in October 2017 after.
