The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has announced a public auction of multiple high-value properties belonging to Bahria Town. The auction is set to take place on June 12 at 11:00 AM at NAB’s regional office in Islamabad.
According to an official statement, several well-known commercial and recreational properties will be up for auction. These include the Arena Cinema, Safari Club, Rubeish Marquee and Lawn, Bahria Garden City, Golf Course in Bahria Town Islamabad, and the Corporate Office located in Phase 2 of Bahria Town.
A special briefing session will be held before the auction for potential buyers. This session will provide key details about the listed properties and outline the auction process, helping participants make informed decisions.
This move is part of NAB’s broader drive to recover assets through transparent means and return them to the national exchequer. The bureau has intensified efforts to liquidate seized properties and generate revenue from assets tied to accountability cases.
The auction reflects NAB’s ongoing commitment to ensuring accountability, recovering looted wealth, and promoting transparency in asset management and disposal. Prospective bidders and investors are encouraged to participate in the session and review property details in advance.
The auction is expected to draw considerable interest from commercial investors and property developers given the premium nature and location of the listed assets.
