Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to depart for Saudi Arabia on November 10 to attend the upcoming Arab-Islamic Summit, which will address pivotal issues across the Middle East. The summit, scheduled for November 11, will bring together leaders from various Islamic nations to discuss and propose solutions on regional matters, with a particular focus on Palestine, Lebanon, and other key areas.
In recent days, PM Shehbaz expressed deep appreciation for Qatar, calling it his “second home.” During his visit to Doha, he thanked Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani for the invitation and lauded the “Manzar: Pakistan Art and Architecture 1940 to Today” exhibition. Describing it as a reflection of Pakistan-Qatar cultural ties, he stated, “The Manzar Arts Exhibition showcases the strong bonds between Pakistan and Qatar.“
The premier also extended congratulations to overseas Pakistanis present at the exhibition and praised the efforts of Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar in ensuring its successful launch. He remarked, “Pakistan’s 5,000-year-old cultural heritage finds a powerful platform in the Qatar Museum, fostering cultural diplomacy.”
