Lahore police have taken into custody a suspect linked to the reported sexual assault of an 18-year-old girl at Gulab Devi Hospital, registering a case against him.
The incident, alleged to have occurred on July 13th, involves the suspect, identified as a laboratory technician student, who purportedly assaulted the victim inside a hospital washroom.
Authorities apprehended the suspect on-site at the hospital. It has been disclosed that the crime was perpetrated in collaboration with an accomplice, whom the police are actively pursuing.
The victim, hailing from Nankana Sahib, was undergoing treatment in the Amiruddin Ward when the assault took place.
