One notable event occurred in Gulshan-e-Johar, where notorious drug dealer Samiullah, alias “Mulla,” met his end in a police raid. Samiullah, a long-time operator of a drug racket spanning two decades, was fatally shot during the operation. The raid resulted in injuries to two police officers amidst the exchange of gunfire with the suspects.
In Ittehad Town, a separate police team engaged in a shootout with four robbers on motorcycles. The confrontation led to the arrest of all four suspects, one of whom sustained injuries. Weapons and two motorcycles were recovered from the apprehended individuals identified as Murad Ali, Aamir, Waqar, and Waqas.
Elsewhere, citizens in Orangi Town intervened when two robbers attempted a crime, successfully apprehending them after a physical altercation. The suspects were subsequently handed over to the police.

Meanwhile, in Korangi Sector 5A, police responded swiftly to a reported robbery, capturing one suspect named Asif who was found injured and armed. His accomplices, however, managed to evade arrest.
Lastly, near Civil Hospital, a woman was assaulted by an acquaintance, resulting in her injury and subsequent hospitalization at Jinnah Hospital while in a semi-conscious state.
